Art Byte Critique is proud to present the group exhibition “surface(s)” featuring 13 contemporary artists working in a variety of mediums reflecting on the theme of the exhibition. The artists are Natale Adgnot, Yoshiyuki Horikoshi, Arthur Huang, Patty Hudak, Barbara Ishikura, Yuko Kamei, Lyle Nisenholz, Mia O, Dai Oinuma, Lori Ono, Louise Rouse, Tanya Tanaka, Nick West, and Michelle Zacharias.

The exhibition having an opening reception on Friday, March 10th from 5 – 7 pm. The exhibition will be open on Saturday, March 11th from 1 – 7 pm and Sunday, March 12th from 1 – 5 pm. Don’t forget to mark your calendar for the opening reception this Friday to see all these fantastic works in person!

The Facebook event page will be rotating images in the event photo to give you a sneak peek at the works the artists will be presenting. For what it is worth, I am displaying three of my nihonga sketches that do not have sizing in the paper. It is in the same place where Right Brain Research (RBR) used to have their gallery.  Synchronicity must be in the air, because RBR requested one of my drawings to put in the entrance when they first opened. You can still see it in the photo on the Tokyo Art Beat website. I will be there most of the weekend if you want to come and visit.

Caution: The entrance is on the side of the building, not the front.
